Kearns pitches a complete game, allowing just five hits and striking out five in his seven innings of work. He finishes 2-for-4 at the plate with a run and an RBI. Brendan Kearns ends 2-for-4, but knocks in three runs, while Matt Pierce collects a pair of hits and scores three times. The Bears also receive two hits, a run and an RBI from Dakota George, and a two-run single from John Adamski.
