Kane Brown, who released his latest single “Woman” in mid-March, leads the entertainment highlights coming to local and regional venues over the next couple of weeks.

The country singer, whose fifth studio album arrives later this year, plays Wind Creek Event Center. Fellow country artist Scotty McCreery, meanwhile, comes to Easton’s State Theatre.

Music returns to Vic’s Jazz Loft, with the Steve Sandberg and Kelly Green trios set to perform.

Among movie events, the Greater Lehigh Valley Film Festival at SteelStacks welcomes Easton native Roger Ross Williams. The latter’s “Music By Prudence,” which he directed and co-produced, won the 2009 Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Film.

• Abacab, 8 p.m. Friday. The act pays tribute to English rock band Genesis. Abacab, taking its name from Genesis’ same-titled 1981 album and song, also plays Phil Collins and Peter Gabriel solo hits.

• Dancin’ Machine, 8 p.m. Saturday. Formed in 2009, the group performs disco music from the 1970s.

• Creedence Revived, 8 p.m. April 24. The act pays tribute to rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival.

• Steve Sandberg Trio, 7 p.m. Friday. Sandberg, an Emmy-nominated pianist/composer, merges classical, world and jazz music with improvisation. The trio also features Eli Naragon on bass and Juan Felipe Mayorga on drums.

• Kelly Green Trio, 7 p.m. April 24. Born in Florida, Green released her debut album “Life Rearranged” in 2017. The pianist/vocalist issued her fifth album “Corner of My Dreams” in 2025. Green, also a composer and teacher, co-founded a living room concert series/recording space in Queens, New York. Bassist Luca Soul Rosenfeld and drummer Hugh Kline round out the trio.

• Sebastian Maniscalco, 6:30 and 10 p.m. Friday. Born in Arlington Heights, Illinois, the comedian started his stand-up career in the late 1990s. Maniscalco, with seven comedy specials to his credit, appeared in films such as 2018’s “Green Book,” 2019’s “The Irishman” and 2023’s “About My Father.”

• Kane Brown, 8 p.m. April 23. Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the country-pop singer-songwriter released his debut album in 2016. Brown, who released his fourth studio set “The High Road” in 2025, scored hit singles such as “What Ifs,” “Heaven,” “Be Like That” and “Miles on It.” The singer’s latest single “Woman” arrived in March.

• Femmes of Rock, 7:30 p.m. April 23, Musikfest Café. Rock violinist Nina DiGregorio created and fronts the band, which performs classics by bands such as Queen, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Rush.

• Greater Lehigh Valley Film Festival, April 24-26, Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas. The festival includes a student showcase, three film blocks and an awards ceremony. In addition, Lehigh University alum Joshua Zeman will attend a screening of his 2024 documentary “Checkpoint Zoo,” while Oscar winner Roger Ross Williams will attend a screening of his 2016 documentary “Life, Animated.”

McCreery, with six studio albums to his credit, scored hit singles such as “Five More Minutes,” “Damn Strait” and “Bottle Rockets,” the latter a collaboration with pop-rock band Hootie & the Blowfish.
