David Horack, 39, of Coaldale, and Jacob Davis, 40, of Hazleton, are facing theft charges after police were called to American Anthracite, Hazle Township, at 8:20 a.m. April 3.

State police at the Hazleton barracks said the two were recorded on cameras and identified while attempting to steal trailing cable from the company.

Police said the men were quickly located and taken into custody.
