Madison Micheli, 19, of Walnutport, was cited by the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, for possessing an alcoholic beverage, following an incident at 3:38 p.m. March 28 at the intersection of Sander and Stimmel alleys, Kutztown.

Police said she was found to be in possession of a 1-gallon jug that contained an alcoholic mixture.
