About $6,000 worth of vehicle parts were stolen in an incident reported to police at 12:37 p.m. on Feb. 11.
State police at the Hazleton barracks said the incident occurred at a garage at North Kennedy Drive and Route 309 in Banks Township.
A 56-year-old McAdoo man told police he keeps his truck tractor and pickup truck in the garage for storage.
Upon his arrival at the garage, the man saw footprints and subsequently determined that a catalytic converter valued at $500 and an electronic control module valued at $5,500 were stolen, police said.
The vehicles were a 2008 Freightliner and a 2006 Ford.
