Two drivers were injured in a two-car crash Tuesday morning in Lehigh Township.

Lehigh Township Police Department responded at 9:34 a.m. to a two-vehicle crash in the 400 block of Riverview Drive.

Police said a red Mitsubishi Outlander, driven by Michael Guth of Walnutport, was traveling northbound on Riverview Drive as a white Toyota Rav4 operated by William Lever of Slatington was traveling southbound on Riverview Drive when the Mitsubishi traveled into the southbound lane and struck the Toyota.

Guth and Lever were transported by Northampton Regional EMS to Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Also assisting at the scene were the Lehigh Township Fire Department and the Diamond Fire Company of Walnutport.
