The Schuylkill Chamber’s Business Executive Forum on April 1 will explore the growing connection between everyday scams and their real financial impact on businesses.
The session will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Mountain Valley Golf Course, Barnesville.
Sponsored by InnoTek Computer Consulting, the session will feature insights from experts at InnoTek and Tompkins Community Bank as they discuss how seemingly simple scams — often starting in an email inbox — can quickly escalate into significant financial loss. From phishing attempts to payment fraud, the conversation will focus on the connection between basic scam prevention and the financial risks businesses face daily.
Attendees will walk away with practical knowledge to help recognize warning signs, protect their organizations and strengthen their defenses against fraud in today’s increasingly digital business environment.
Registration is required, and the last day to register is Friday.
