Mantzville Road in the village of Mantzville, West Penn Township, was closed to traffic Friday afternoon when a large portion of a tree fell across the roadway.
The incident occurred just after 1 p.m. at the intersection with St. Peter’s Road.
West Penn firefighters and police used chain saws to cut up the tree and remove it from the road.
