State police respond to fight in Bath involving 15-20 kids

State police at the Bethlehem barracks responded to a fight in the Borough of Bath that involved between 15-20 juveniles on Thursday around 5:40 p.m. The incident remains under investigation.

Police said the Troop M Criminal Investigation Unit was initially dispatched to the area of 110 E. Main St. for a report of gun shots having been fired in the area.

It was determined the juveniles got into a physical altercation that involved an Acura that was in the road. Police said during the altercation, there was no indication shots were fired.

They said State Route 512, between Mill and Main streets, was closed during the incident.

The Troop M K-9 and Troop M Forensic Service Unit assisted at the scene.
