The Panthers, coached by Rob Kovac, trail by 12 points six minutes into the game but outscore their opponent 34-8 the rest of the first half to go ahead for good. Lacey Gonzalez tallies seven points during an 11-0 run to end the second quarter to put PV up by 14. Gonzalez ends with a game-high 22 points while Mandy Watkins adds 14. Panther Valley also receives double-digit scoring from Nadia Gauronsky (13) and Esther Hoffer (12) while Kristin Blazosky chips in with seven.
