Fire companies from Schuylkill and Carbon counties are on scene Wednesday of a working dwelling fire in West Penn Township. The blaze was reported around 4:30 p m. at a large dwelling along Chain Circle. Fire crews are drafting water from a pond in front of the home for a water supply.
