State police at the Frackville barracks reported that they are investigating an indecent assault report that they received at 1:23 p.m. March 6 through the state’s ChildLine system.

They said the notification indicates that a 6-year-old boy from Quakertown is the victim of an alleged sexual assault reported to have occurred on Pine Hill Road in West Penn Township.
