Carbon Chamber holds several spring events

The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corp. is welcoming the spring season with a series of events designed to connect businesses, community leaders, and residents through workforce engagement, policy discussion, and professional development opportunities.

The upcoming spring schedule include:

• March 19 and April 16, from 5 to 7 p.m., Happy Hour Networking Series. Casual networking events designed to foster business connections, with upcoming gatherings at Thorpe’s 903 on March 19 and Alchemy Lounge on April 16.

• March 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Franchise Ownership Lunch & Learn with presenter: Sean Haggerty of FranNet.

• March 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., the CCEDC will host its “Employee Appreciation Luncheon” at Nick’s Lake House in Lake Harmony, a celebration recognizing the employees who drive success across Carbon County businesses and organizations.

• April 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the CCEDC will partner with Carbon Pa. CareerLink to present a Career Fair at the Carbon Plaza Mall. This event is the first of a two-part series, with a second event scheduled for Aug. 20 at Carbon PA CareerLink.

• April 28, from 8 to 11 a.m., the CCEDC will host its “Legislative Update: What to Look for in 2026” at Blue Mountain Resort, featuring state and county officials discussing policy issues, economic priorities, and topics impacting the local business community. The program will include a moderated discussion and audience Q&A.

Businesses, professionals, and community members are encouraged to participate.
