Police said the crash occurred as Jacques S. Samaha, 30, of Philadelphia, was driving a 2024 Toyota RAV4 southbound when he was unable to avoid a vehicle that had slowed down due to traffic conditions, striking a 2017 Toyota Prius driven by Wesley M. Pruitt, 42, of Beaver Meadows.
