A Hazleton area flooring manufacturer had $872,107.10 worth of flooring stolen from it in a fraud case that is being investigated by state police at the Hazleton barracks.

Police said Forbo Flooring, Maplewood Drive, Hazle Township, reported flooring tiles and adhesive were stolen by someone who placed an order with the firm acting as a legitimate business.

Police said the fraudulent activities took place between July 1 and Nov. 30 of last year.
