A Lansford woman was cited for by Tamaqua police after she video recorded a customer inside a borough nail salon, court papers said.

Police cited Denise Leibensperger, of West Ridge Street, for harassment/acts to annoy for the incident on Feb. 2 at Phong’s Nail Salon on West Broad Street in Tamaqua.

Leibensperger was seated as mayor of Lansford in January.
