U.S. Attorney Brian D. Miller said the indictment alleges Zacharie possessed two inmate-manufactured weapons, specifically a 6-inch piece of plexiglass sharpened to a point with a cloth handle, and a 4-inch razor blade attached to a plastic pen, commonly referred to as shanks.”

In the cases against Myles and King, the indictment alleged they possessed one of the manufactured weapons each.
