Pennsylvania Lottery launches new Millionaire for Life game

The Pennsylvania Lottery is announcing the launch of an exciting new national Draw Game: Millionaire for Life™ — a life-changing opportunity where players can win $1 million a year for life.

Millionaire for Life™ offers Pennsylvania players 18 and older not only a chance to win a Grand Prize of $1 million a year for life, but there are also eight other ways to win, including a Second Prize of $100,000 a year for life.

Drawings are held every day after 11:15 p.m. Tickets sales close at 10:15 p.m. ET.

Players select five numbers from 1 to 58 and one Millionaire Ball™ number from 1 to 5.

Players can play up to 10 consecutive drawings in advance.

Players can select their numbers or use the Quick Pick option.

The chances of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 22.9 million and the chances of winning the Second Prize, or $100,000 a year for life, are 1 in 5.7 million. The overall chances of winning any prize are 1 in 8.47.

Sales benefit programs for older Pennsylvanians. Those include prescription assistance, transportation services, senior centers, and other programs.

Millionaire for Life™ can be played in 31 lottery jurisdictions. In Pennsylvania, players can purchase tickets at any licensed Lottery retailer. To find out where to play Millionaire for Life™, players can visit the Lottery website at palottery.com, select the “Where to Buy” option, and use the retailer finder. Players may also visit palottery.com to review rules, chances of winning and learn how to play.

To see if they’ve won a prize, players can review the ticket, or scan it at a Lottery retailer or with the Ticket Checker feature on the Lottery’s Official App.

The Pennsylvania Lottery remains the only state lottery to direct all proceeds to programs that benefit older residents. Since ticket sales began in 1972, it has contributed more than $37.2 billion to fund transportation, care services, prescription assistance, and local services including senior centers and meals.

The Pennsylvania Lottery operates as a bureau within the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
