Drone show, fireworks top off Blue Mountain fest

Blue Mountain Resort held its annual winter festival this past weekend, with a visit from the USA Luge Team, a kids’ section, vendors, live music and more.

Ryan Ross from Star Flight Drone Shows, based out of Slatington, conducted a drone show to cap off the event.

“We are excited for everything. This is a great event that Blue Mountain is putting on, and we feel very lucky to be included in it,” Ross said before the show.

Ross was thrilled to be a part of the event.

“They reached out to us and asked us about what it would be like to put on a drone show for this event, and we started talking logistics, got it all planned out, and made it happen.”

The drone show lit up the sky with ski and winter designs.

Fireworks also commanded a lot of attention.
