Company and line officers of the Diligence Fire Company No. 1, Summit Hill, were installed during a ceremony held at the Ludlow Street fire station.

The company officers include Frank Juracka, president; Bryan Beshock, vice president; John Poko, treasurer; Judy O’Donnell, secretary; Paul Yuricheck Jr., financial secretary; and Jack Stoudt and Mike Beshock, trustees.

Line officers include Louis Mitchalk, fire chief; Joseph Mitchalk and Bill Newton, assistant fire chiefs; Mike Beshock, Tom Gallagher and Juracka, lieutenants; Steve Mau, captain; Stoudt, chief engineer; and Quinten Miller, chief mechanic.
