Tiara Hake, 30, of New Philadelphia, was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville, after an incident at 9:58 a.m. Feb. 7 on Macomb Street in New Philadelphia, police said.
State police at the Frackville barracks said that they responded to a physical domestic altercation on Macomb Street and were told by a 43-year-old New Philadelphia man that he was struck in the abdomen with a barbecue fork by Hake, his girlfriend, and had a minor puncture injury.
He also reported that she smashed his cellphone and stabbed a tire on his 2005 Chrysler with a knife.
Police listed the Apple 17 Pro Max iPhone as valued at $1,100, while damage to the tire was listed at $60.
Hake was arraigned on charges of simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment, according to police.
She was jailed but subsequently posted bail, according to online court papers.
A preliminary hearing for Hake has been scheduled for April 14 before District Judge Edward Lewis.
