West Penn Township supervisors took the following action Tuesday morning:

• Agreed to advertise for adoption a new fee rate for its false alarm fees ordinance to change it from a calendar year to a 12-month fee and raise the rate from $50 to $100 for a first offense, $100 to $200 for a second offense, and $200 to $300 for a third offense.

• Announced that the Hamersly Storage land development has withdrawn land development notice.
