Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action recently:

• Awarded the dehumidification system base bid to M&M Mechanical in the amount of $25,050.

• Agreed to advertise for part-time winter road department workers.

• Agreed to advertise for requests for proposals for the police pension.

• Tabled a resolution for the police pension contribution.

• Tabled the Mahoning Valley Fire Company license agreement.

• Granted final minor land development plan over lands of Melo Enterprises LLC (Ashtown Drive Solar) extension letter requesting time until May 13, as well as from Feb. 12 through Aug. 12 for Melo’s conditional use approval.

• Approved the Joseph and Carol Frey and the Casara Weinrich lot line adjustment.

• Approved EIT and township real estate volunteer credit certificates for 2025 for fire company members.

• Ratified the advertising of zoning workshops Feb. 9 and March 9.
