Patrick McCullion was commissioned as an ensign in the United States Navy on Feb. 6, 2026.

McCullion is a graduate of St. John Paul II High School in Corpus Christi, Texas. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, with a minor in transnational crime, from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont.

He will begin his naval service as a surface warfare officer, with his first duty assignment aboard the USS Hudner (DDG 116), stationed at Naval Station Mayport, Florida.

Ensign McCullion is the son of retired Air Force Lt. Col. Dwayne McCullion, of Summit Hill, and Lisa Kravelk McCullion, and the grandson of Connie Kravelk of Nesquehoning
