State Police at Fern Ridge - crashes

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following crashes:

• Ryan Bissot, 43, of Blakeslee, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol following a one-vehicle crash at 11:16 p.m. Dec. 13 at the intersection of Route 715 and Center Road, Jackson Township.

Police said she was driving a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas that was involved in a crash. Police said upon arrival at the scene, they found Bissot as a disabled motorist who was under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered her incapable of driving.

She was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.

• Daniel L. Rutledge, 37, of Tallahassee, Florida, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 10:24 p.m. Jan. 16 at the intersection of routes 115 and 209 in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said he was driving a 2020 Ford Explorer south on Route 115 when it struck a curb.

The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

• Two drivers, each with three passengers in their vehicle, escaped injuries in a crash at 10:23 a.m. Jan. 24 on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said the crash occurred as Laticia Britton-Marie, 52, of Effort, was driving a 2023 Mercedes-Benz southbound when it crossed over the double lines and entered the path of a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox driven northbound by David M. Reilly, 42, of Effort. They said both vehicles sustained had damage and were towed from the scene.

Traveling with Britton-Marie were a 17-year-old girl from Effort and Darren T. Lindo, 27, and Barrington R. Lindo, 31, both of Stone Mountain, Georgia. Passengers with Reilly were Brittany M. Reilly, 38, and two boys, ages 8 and 2, all of Effort. Police said the boys were in booster seats.

Britton-Maire was cited after the crash, according to police.

• Paulina Nadzinski, 25, of Saylorsburg, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a one-vehicle crash at 10:04 p.m. Jan. 15 at the intersection of Spring Lane and White Pine Drive, Chestnuthill Township. She was uninjured in the incident.

Police said she was driving a 2022 Mazda on Spring Lane when she made a left turn onto White Pine Drive at which time she lost control of the vehicle and it struck several small trees.

Police said she showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

In addition to the DUI charges, Nadzinski was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed.
