A 47-year-old Bethlehem man was cited for simple harassment after police responded to a domestic incident at 6:18 p.m. Jan. 13 on Route 209 in Hamilton Township.

State police at the Stroudsburg barracks, who investigated, said that the victim was a 51-year-old woman from Stroudsburg.
