The Monroe County commissioners approved the following certificate recipients, reappointments and appointments, and agreements during their meeting on Wednesday:

• Certificates — Will Searfoss, retirement; Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Center — Pocono Creek, grand opening; and Pocono Mountain Board of Realtors, 100th anniversary.

• Carbon-Monroe-Pike Drug and Alcohol Commission — Reappoint Amanda Gonzalez to the board with a new term to expire Sept. 30, 2028.

• Carbon-Monroe-Pike Mental Health and Developmental Services — Reappoint Suzanne McCool to the advisory board with a new term to expire Dec. 31, 2028.

• Pennsylvania Northeast Regional Railroad Authority — Reappoint Greg Christine to the board, new term to expire Jan. 1, 2031.

• Redevelopment Authority/Affordable Housing — Reappoint Jennifer Shukaitis to the Affordable Housing Board, new term to expire Dec. 31, 2030.

• Appointing to the Community Services Administrative Board for their first 3-year term from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2028 as recommended by the Administrative Board: Pike County Commissioner Christa L. Caceres and Kim Dugan, Pike County community representative.

• Service provider agreement with attorney David Gaspar, special public defender, $57,000.

• Domestic Relations — Title IV-D contract with Deborah L. Huffman from Oct. 1, 2025 to Sept. 30, 2030, subject to the availability of federal funds.
