This winter, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary once again is collaborating with local artists to bring creativity to the Sanctuary.

The 2026 Winter Artisan Series schedule features a wide variety of ways to practice or learn new artistic skills.

Registration will close several days before workshop date so the host artists can prepare materials. Preregister for the programs that interest you as soon as possible.

All programs will take place in Hawk Mountain’s Education Building, which is ADA accessible.

• Feb. 21: Coffee Art Workshop, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• March 8: Paper Quilling Workshop: Cats in a Shadowbox, 1 to 3 p.m.

• March 14: Printmaking Workshop, 12:30 to 3 p.m.

• March 15: Glass beadmaking, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• March 21: Basket Weaving Workshop, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• March 22: Paper Quilling Workshop: Easter Ornaments, 1 to 3 p.m.

• March 28: Wire Tree Workshop, 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
