State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:
• A Kresgeville resident is the victim of a criminal mischief incident police were called to at 8:45 p.m. Jan. 9 at 382 Interchange Road, Polk Township.
Police did not provide the details of the incident and said prosecution was denied because the matter was civil in nature.
• An Allentown man who had an outstanding warrant against him on charges he faces in North Carolin was lodged in the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville, after police made a traffic stop at 6:56 p.m., Jan. 14 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
Police said Naquan Riley, 29, was stopped in a 2020 BMW, after which time police found out he was wanted in the southern state.
