State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following incident that happened on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

A 64-year-old man from Chalfont was cited for theft of services after police made a traffic stop at 9 a.m. Jan. 12 at mile marker 68.6 in Washington Township.

Police said he was stopped in a 2010 Hyundai Accent for a registration violation.

Police determined the inspection stickers on the car were fraudulent. He was also found to be driving while his license is suspended.
