State police at the Hazleton barracks reported Luis Martinez, 28, of Beaver Meadows, was cited for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after police responded to an incident at 3:53 p.m. Jan. 9 at the JNJ Food Mart, Broad Street, Beaver Meadows.

Police said the victim of the incident is a 43-year-old woman from Beaver Meadows.
