Mikal Arnett, 22, of White Haven, is facing drug possession charges after an incident at 5:01 p.m. Dec. 24 at the intersection of state Route 534 and Mountain Laurel Drive, East Side Borough, police said.

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said that Arnett was taken into custody at the above location on a 302 warrant, which is for an involuntary mental health evaluation.

Police said that Arnett had marijuana and drug paraphernalia when he was taken into custody.
