A Shenandoah man has been convicted in Schuylkill County Court of 17 felony charges of possession of child sexual abuse material and criminal use of a communications facility.
Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday said the charges against Antony Cuff, 47, relate to him having had in his possession more than 400 files of child sexual abuse material.
Sunday said Cuff’s bail has been revoked and he was remanded to prison. A sentencing hearing will be scheduled following an evaluation by the Sex Offender Assessment Board.
During the trial held in Pottsville, evidence presented showed Cuff used a neighbor’s internet connection to access the files.
Testimony showed that in February 2025, the Office of Attorney General’s Child Predator Section searched a Shenandoah home because an IP address at the property was used to upload files of child sexual abuse material through Bing.
During the investigation, agents learned Cuff used a neighbor’s internet connection to access the files. Agents also found a doll commonly owned by sex offenders in Cuff’s bedroom.
The case was prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Kimberly Moraski.
