Emergency personnel were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in Franklin Township Monday morning. The incident occurred around 7 a.m. at the intersection of Route 209 and Wagner Street involving a sport utility vehicle and a van owned and operated by Andreas Plumbing and Heating.
