Joseph A. Arce, 61, of New Tripoli, was cited after a two-vehicle crash at 5:14 p.m. on Dec. 18 at the intersection of Deiberts Valley and Berne roads, South Manheim Township, state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said.

No one was injured.

Police said the crash occurred as Arce was driving a 2024 GMC west on Deiberts Valley Road and proceeded into the intersection with Berne Road and the GMC was struck in the rear passenger side by a 2020 Hyundai Elantra driven by William J. Gottshall, 55, of Auburn, who was southbound on Berne Road.
