Schuylkill Chamber executive honored
The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Executive Vice President Samantha M. Chivinski has been recognized as an emerging leader in the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives prestigious “40 Under 40” list.
ACCE is dedicated to recognizing and supporting the most talented professionals in the chamber industry. This annual recognition program showcases 40 of the industry’s top emerging leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers and made significant contributions to the communities they serve.
The list includes CEOs and staff professionals from a wide variety of roles and chamber sizes. Their creativity, dedication, and commitment to identifying innovative solutions will help shape the future of the chamber professionals.
Under Chivinski’s leadership, the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce has achieved exceptional membership retention rates between 92% and 95% annually for six consecutive years, a benchmark that reflects the value-added delivery of programs, services and support to businesses and nonprofits across the region.
Her strategic vision and professional excellence have played a pivotal role in the chamber being named the Pennsylvania Association of Chamber Professionals Chamber of the Year in 2022, 2024, and most recently 2025.
Her long-standing involvement with statewide and national organizations, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and industry, and PACP demonstrates her wide-reaching influence within the chamber industry.
A dedicated industry leader, Chivinski serves on the PACP board of directors, chairs the PACP Communications Committee, and continues to champion the advancement of chamber professionals statewide. In July 2025, she earned the highly respected Institute for Organization Management credential from the U.S. Chamber Foundation, an achievement that underscores her commitment to professional growth and leadership excellence. She also received the PACP Chad Amond Conference Scholarship, reflecting her rising prominence and the respect she has earned among her peers.
