State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following incidents that occurred on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

• Police seized a license plate that they determined to be stolen from the state of Delaware.

They stopped a 2016 Hyundai Elantra at mile marker 69.1 in Washington Township at 10:41 a.m. Dec. 31, having clocked it at 85 mph in a 70 mph zone, after which police determined the plate was stolen from Delaware Turo on the Go, Bear, Delaware.

Police did not identify the driver of the vehicle.

• A 64-year-old man from Bethlehem is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 6 p.m. Sept. 1.

He was stopped at mile marker 62 in North Whitehall Township while driving northbound in a 2011 Toyota RAV4, police said.
