Newcomer Storm to lead Franklin board

Franklin Township will have new leadership in 2026.

Newly seated Supervisor Nic Storm was appointed board president.

Incumbent Supervisor Fred Kemmerer Jr. was selected as board vice president.

Incumbent Supervisor Leroy Kemmerer Jr. rounds out the board.
