A 67-year-old man from New Ringgold is the victim is a criminal mischief incident police responded to at 10:32 a.m. on Dec. 28 on South Market Street, East Brunswick Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said that between Dec. 27 and 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28 someone smashed the back window of the man’s 2000 Pontiac Bonneville while it was parked in the rear of his residence and then fled.
