State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:
• Police are investigating a burglary that was reported at 1:55 a.m. Dec. 19 at a business in the 6800 block of Route 309 in Lynn Township.
The victim is a 59-year-old man from Allentown.
They said after responding to a burglar alarm police determined that two burglars forced their way into the business and proceeded to take an ATM.
Police said they fled the scene in a Nissan Rogue.
• Two 29-year-old New Tripoli residents, a man and a woman, are the victims of a theft by deception case police were called to at 2:36 p.m. Dec. 17 on Donna Drive, Lynn Township.
They told police they were “scammed” out of $174.54 in a phone scam involving a debit card transaction.
• A 23-year-old woman from Bethlehem and a 25-year-old man from Hellertown were arrested on outstanding warrants after police made a traffic stop at 8:44 a.m. Oct. 20 at the intersection of Route 100 and Kernsville Road in Lowhill Township.
They were occupants of a 2015 Volkswagen Passat.
In addition, the two are facing drug possession charges, police said.
