State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:
• Paul Manuell, 63, of Kunkletown, is facing counterfeiting/forgery charges after police responded to an incident at Kinsley’s ShopRite, 107 Kinsley Drive, Chestnuthill Township, at 8:55 p.m. Dec. 5.
Police said he attempted to purchase beer by utilizing a fake $100 bill. They said the cashier discovered the counterfeit bill and notified security.
• Nicholas Ruggerio, 75, of Albrightsville, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a physical altercation that occurred at 10:16 a.m. Dec. 19 on Bishop Circle, Penn Forest Township.
Police said that Daniel Louderback, 56, of Albrightsville, told them Ruggerio struck him in the face.
• Randal Hallman, 68, of Rock Hall, Maryland, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to an active domestic dispute between a father and son on Susquehanna Drive, Penn Forest Township, at 1:14 p.m. Dec. 21.
Michael Hallman, 42, of Jim Thorpe, reported that his father shoved him during a verbal altercation, police said.
