Towamensing Township board of supervisors held a meeting Tuesday to review year-end business, including the 2026 budget and 2026 tax levy resolution.

There will be no tax increase; it will remain 2 mils.

Tanya Fey and Tom Newman were appointed as township auditors for a 6 year term.

Keystone Consulting Engineers were reappointed for the 2026 engineer position and Creekside Consultants LLC for the 2026 sewage enforcement position.

An executive session was held for legal matters.

The reorganization meeting will be held on Jan. 5 followed by the regular BOS meeting.
