Freezing rain in forecast today

Monday: Showers likely, mainly before 1 p.m. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 51. Breezy, with a southwest wind 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 21. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph.
