Highest snow amounts will be in the northern half of the county and within elevated areas. Rates of up to 1 inch an hour will cause travel impacts Friday night. Local amounts could exceed 8 inches in the higher elevations.

Restricttions are on I-81, north of I-83; Route 33, entire length; U.S. 22 between I-78 to Route 33; all Pennsylvania interstates east of I-81 including the turnpike and all eastern extensions.
