The state has approved the articles of incorporation of Summit Sportswear Inc., 44 West Ludlow Street, Summit Hill, according to the secretary of the commonwealth.

The firm has been chartered with a capitalization listing of $15,000, according to charter papers.

Three people are listed as incorporators, including Jennie DeMilio, Gregory DeMilio and Roselyn DeMilio, all of 107 East Holland St., Summit Hill.

The new corporation has been approved to “cut and assemble, make, fabricate and complete, from specially prepared pieces of cloth, ladies and children’s garments, to market the same, to hold, buy or sell as owner, and to lease real estate as may be incidental to and necessary to effectuate the purposes for which it is organized.”
