• Prison Board appointment: Arthur J. McKenna of Scranton, assistant deputy warden, effective Dec. 8.

• Change of status: Christine M. Powers of Albrightsville, from voter registration specialist trainee to voter registration specialist, election department, effective Dec. 8.

• Sheriff resignation: Sydney R. Wernett of Jim Thorpe, sergeant, effective Dec. 7.
