A former all-state Jim Thorpe football player will be one of the participants — and a starter — in a college bowl game this week.
Noah Rosahac, an offensive lineman for the University of Delaware, is set to play in the 68 Ventures Bowl in Mobile, Alabama, against the University of Louisiana.
The game is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and will be televised on ESPN and Roku.
Rosahac, who wears No. 75, is playing his first season with Delaware after transferring from Syracuse.
At Jim Thorpe, Rosahac played on both the offensive and defensive lines, compiling impressive statistics and earning numerous accolades, including all-state honors.
He is the son of Thomas and Marie Rosahac and has two brothers, Nick and Nathan, who both played college football, along with a sister, Megan.
Both Delaware and Louisiana enter the game with 6-6 records.
