Magistrate Robert Hawke is assisted by Wayne Zellner during the swearing in of his daughter, Janet Sheats, on his 83rd birthday. Sheats was sworn in this week for a six-year term. In addition to her father, Sheats was accompanied by her mom, Pat Zellner; son, Officer Chantz Hale and his companion April, and son, Micheal Sheats, and husband Davvit Sheats.
