Santa is making a stop at Penn Forest Township Volunteer Fire Co. #1, 1387 State Route 903, Jim Thorpe at 10 a.m. on Dec. 20.

It is open to all communities of Penn Forest Township as far north as Hickory Run Forest.

The event includes a screening of “A Christmas Movie,” story time with Mrs. Claus, and light refreshments.

Families can drop off wrapped gifts for Santa to give to their child during the visit during one of the two remaining drop-off times. They include 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 16 and 18 at the firehouse.

Admission to the event is free, but donations to the fire company are appreciated.
