Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action on Wednesday:

• Agreed to sign the Fredericks Grove Road Solar LLC decision.

• Advertised and scheduled a conditional use hearing for Mudrick Meadows on Semmel’s Hill Road for 6 p.m. Jan. 14.

• Awarded the bid for the 2011 Dodge Truck to Ramseys Septic Service in the amount of $24,601.

• Agreed to advertise to rebid the dehumidification system.

• Approved the ULP agreement.

• Tabled the Mahoning Township Historical Society ordinance.

• Tabled the warehouse ordinance, data center ordinance, and zoning district schedule of uses, and agreed to hold a board workshop at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 13 to discuss all three matters.

• Appointed Timothy Eckhart to a five-year term on the Carbon County Municipal Authority.
